The Ocean View cabin at First Sun Holiday Park in Byron Bay was absolutely breathtaking! The uninterrupted views of Julian Rocks, Mount Warning, and beyond were worth a million dollars. As a nature lover, I felt like I was in paradise, surrounded by the beauty of the water and the distant landscape.
Subjectively, the only thing I didn't love about the Ocean View cabin was that the view was so mesmerizing, it was hard to tear myself away from it and explore the rest of the area. Others, however, might find this to be a major plus!

I recently stayed at First Sun Holiday Park for a few days and it was absolutely delightful. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and the town center. Despite being so close to everything, the park was surprisingly quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the blinds in the main bedroom were of great quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the cleaning products provided in the cabin were a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Location and Affordable Amenities
Visited this caravan park for a city trip and was amazed at the location! Right on the beach with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The park facilities were fantastic, including the pool and communal cooking areas. the discounted rates for groups and families made it affordable to bring everyone along for the ride.
The only drawback was the limited free wifi which made it tough to stay connected. the noise from nearby pubs and clubs could be heard late at night, making it difficult to sleep for those who are sensitive to noise.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Byron Bay. We had so much fun exploring all the cool attractions in the area. We went on a killer bike ride along the coast, checked out the awesome shops, and even tried our hand at surfing. The best part was being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes and spend the day soaking up the sun. It was the ultimate adventure for us thrill-seeking teenagers!
The only thing we wished for was more late-night fun for young party-goers. While the location is perfect for beach and outdoor activities, we were hoping for some evening entertainment options like beach parties or live music events.

We love the location, just few steps from the beach and surrounded by shops and nightlife. the rooms are quite basic, but the outdoor kitchen and white, clean bathroom are great features. the amazing wildlife and beach view from the park are a plus.
The noise at night is unbearable. the music and the sound of glass being sorted through for recycling make it difficult to sleep.

The hotel offers a perfect location for city trips, with shops and the beach just a few steps away. the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, giving us recommendations for things to do and places to go. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
We felt that the hotel was overpriced for the facilities on offer. the rooms were cramped and uncomfortable, and we could hear noise from outside throughout the night, which affected our sleep.
